Polishing?

Post by Guest on 2013-01-03, 21:05

So, I'm attempting to polish up some ebay aquisitions. I have a dremel with a polishing kit, but the polish that came with the kit just doesn't seem to be cutting the mustard. I'm thinking of switching to Flitz brand polishing cream and I wondered if anyone else had any experience with it or had any other advice. Thanks.

I use the variable speed dremel with the polishing kit, so far it has worked for me.

I'd be very nervous using my Dremel on any of my watches. I read a thread over at WUS where a guy ended up putting an indentation on his crystal when he tried to buff out a minor scratch.

i dont have the balls to polish the glass but id have no qualms about doing metal with a dremel. id leave glass to the professionals.
