EURO PASSION SA started to put the Oris John Coltrane Limited Edition on the market.
The latest addition to the Oris series of Jazz watches is dedicated to one of the greatest saxophonists of all time: John Coltrane who succeeded as a musician and a composer in 1950's. Presented in a case inspired by an Oris design of the 1950's, this watch is as stylish as John Coltrane's music.
A domed glass designed classically use a sapphire glass. A vivid blue railway track on the dial receives inspiration from a representative album of John Coltrane, "Blue Train" released in 1957. A portrait of John Coltrane and serial numbers of the limited edition are engraved specially on the caseback.

You're right! Funny thing is I have a new one sitting in a drawer right now. The plastic is still on it and I'm just watching it for a while. You will shit your pants when you see how close to that one it is, right down to the 38mm case size. Thanks for the post.
