Re: New Deep Blues
Very sharp looking presentation. I have been eyeing the ProAqua 1500 since they were posted on TZ.

Re: New Deep Blues
and this one. stan told me it would release in june, its the one im waiting for.
The case, in stainless steel silver, gold or rose gold PVD, measures 45mm x 14mm with 24mm lugs. It has a sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 50 meters. Movement is the Japanese automatic Miyota caliber 9100 with 26 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 40 hours. It features a power reserve complication, month, day and date complication and 24 hour indication. It hacks and can be manually wound up. Dials can be had in sunray silver, black or blue. MSRP is $799.
also the aqua(mini depthmaster) is already avail on DB site. id guess itd be 350ish when it airs on shop.

They're all just plain beautiful; excellent presentation, H2. I'm really liking that Bluetech Master 500, though I get the sense that it's probably right around 6000 grams...

For a person who's 99 years old, you sure are a modest fellow...

Chunks Skelton? That's too funny...! Does he do the 'truffle shuffle'?
You gotta admit it, the guy takes some really great photos...in a "Toddlers & Tiaras" sort of way...

Re: New Deep Blues
I like the 1500 as I did the 3000 but I still cannot warm up to the recessed end links. I cannot remember if the 3000 had the manual hv
, I don't think it did. It was auto. And the manual looks out of place on the 1500.
The dress watch is attractive.

Re: New Deep Blues
The World Diver looks interesting and I'm tempted to see it live. Not crazy about any of the dial color combos. Also, at that lower price point I'm not sure it will have the fit/finish of his pricier models. I haven't liked any of his Shop TTV level fare. Almost like you have to spend > $500 to get a nice Deep Blue. Only the Pro Sea Diver is a good value at that price IMO.
I have a DM3K. So, the 1500 isn't on the table for me.
The Fleet Admiral is pretty good looking, but I really hate multi-function watches. Still might be worth a look on a short return leash. Price permitting, of course.
Glad to see Stan diversifying, but I'm not as big a DB fan as I used to be for various reasons.

I like the looks of this one a lot though the small bezel would make the watch wear larger than it's already large size.

Re: New Deep Blues
Can anyone tell me the difference between the Pro Seadiver and the Pro Sundiver? I ordered a Pro Sea diver and the box indicates it is, but the watch is a Pro Sun diver. What gives?
I have gone back and forth on the website to no avail. What am I missing?

UPDATE: Returned. Very quirky GMT movement (FS16) that Stan pulled from Miyota's archives (his selling point). No wonder no one was using it. Also the most convoluted unintelligible "who's on first" directions I've ever read (or tried to anyway).
