Ball recently introduced the 3,000 meters Engineer Hydrocarbon NEDU (Navy Experimental Diving Unit) with an automatic helium release valve that is directly incorporated into the crown...nice!

I was always amazed by the wristwear of our USN Divers; the technology was - and still remains - cutting edge in every way, but tended to be blocky, bulbous and black in color. I like the looks of this new system, though it's going to be a bit of a stretcher for all those diehard old salts in the US of N who take such pride in wearing their old 'wristbricks.' Suspect
