Glycine jumps on the vintage wagon , pretty much in a Tudor's Black Bay kind of way...but 1/3 of the price!

I'm on the fence about this one. Not sure why.

I dig that watch as pictured ...not sure if comes with that particular strap but it is a match made in heaven, on a bracelet not as much.

Like it a lot, and agree that the strap/watch as pictured are a very nice match...does it even come on a [black ip] bracelet?

I think they come in different variations of dial colors and a bracelet...

Reminds me of a VDB which I find overpriced. Been wanting a Tudor and this might be the way I go. Thanks Eddie for posting it.

That is the pic that got me interested. Then the more I looked at other pictures posted on the web, the more I noticed the inherent reflections/glare from the crystal (hence the assumption of lack or weak AR).
Otherwise a nice looking watch imo.

I like the look of it on the strap as well. Still thinking I might hold out for a Tudor.

I seen them , the Squale is called "Root Beer" and has been around since last year ...but they are differeces, most noticeable in the bezel/dial color , no IP case , no "golden" crown etc
And to me personally, I'm a bit eerie about this "new" Squale...not sure who is making it and heard it is a Doxa/Jenny conection, althought I'm not positive nor have any proof....nonetheless it is a nice $420 most likely with Chinese roots and parts .

Normally, I'd go Glycine before Squale but I'm leery of IP cases and at $420, the Squale is a very cool looker for the dollars. Still, the Glycine is truly gorgeous.

And Squale decided to slap that logo/crap on the dial for some reason.

Would have purchased the Golden Eye if the AR was worth a shit.

I'd rather have no A/R than top of crystal A/R, so that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me.
