I use a jewelry type box. I also use my roll cab for my mudmans.

I have mine in a 16-slot box I got from the old ShopAtHome TV channel from back when Tim Temple did his shows there--it's quite impressive, actually, and the hardware on it, along with the finishing, makes me think that the company that does Gevril's presentation boxes made it. I also have a two-head four-slot winder that Mrs. C got me from WoW that looks nice but the motor sound like a Braun coffee grinder.
If you're paranoid, AJC, you might look into a small gun safe, or buying a rider to your home-owners insurance.

Buy a safe and a rider having had to go through the BS of having my home robbed. I didn't even think to have a rider not knowing about this sucked balls.

Get the rider, but also take pics of the front and back of your watches, and keep sales receipts, serial numbers, and registration and warranty info in a file stoved away incase they are stolen. Insurance companies can get picky.
Also, separate your watches. Better to have several in multiple places, rather than all in one convenient, easy to carry box.
Also, if you own any Invicters, insure them for the MSRP, not the actual price, since most Invicters are marvels of engineering and priceless works of art. (i.e. the $70000 of Invictas stolen)

I don't own my home, so insurance riders are out of the question. Actually, at the moment, i've moved in with my grandmother after she had a stroke. She's paralyzed on her right side and needs help with everyday activities.
