Need ideas on a watch for a gift

So...Father's Day is coming up, and I want to get Dad a new watch. Here's what the old man is going to want:

Easy to read (he's 71 years old, so nothing too complicated, which means...)
No complications - hour / minute / second hand only, plus maybe a date feature
Automatic movement
Metal band with easy to fasten clasp
Less than USD$200.00
Lightweight - meaning, no Vodolazes please.
